Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

A growing organisation in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major, multi-year finance transformation programme. This role will suit someone who has managed complex change across finance functions and is confident working with senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-workstream finance transformation initiative

• Develop project plans, RAID logs and progress reports for senior leadership

• Work with SMEs to design new finance processes and support automation opportunities

• Support system integration activity, data migration and testing plans

• Facilitate workshops, ensure cross-functional alignment, and manage stakeholder expectations

• Oversee budgets, resources and programme timelines

• Support change management activities including training and communication

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing large finance or enterprise transformation projects

• Strong understanding of finance processes within a regulated or corporate environment

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

• Project management certification

• Experience with finance systems or reporting platforms desirable but not essential
